A 27-year old man was reportedly shot multiple times and killed in the Oxford Circle section of the city last night, after having an argument with another man while on board a Septa bus.

A report from 6-ABC Action News said police responded to reports of a shooting outside of the Burger King near Castor Avenue & Van Kirk Street at around 11:30 p.m. on Sunday night.
According to police the argument began on the bus. The victim was reportedly shot by the suspect almost immediately after getting off of the bus at the intersection.
“Our victim got off and the suspect came out right behind him. There was an exchange of words out there as well, as they were getting off the bus and the suspect produced a handgun and shot our victim at least twice that we know of”, said Philadelphia Police Captain, Anthony Ginaldi.
First responding police officers reported finding the victim at the scene suffering from gunshot wounds to the face and chest. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
No suspects were named and no arrests have been made at this time. An investigation is ongoing.
