28-year old, Davahne Davis, from Philadelphia, was reportedly shot and killed in the Eastside neighborhood of Wilmington, D.E. this week.
A report from Delaware Online said the shooting happened on the 600 block of East 8th Street at around 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon.
Davis was rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition after being shot. He succumbed to his injuries shortly after arriving. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects were named and no arrests have been made at this time. An investigation is ongoing.
