23-year old, Trevor Weigel, from Churchville, P.A., is alleged to have stabbed his 19-year old ex-girlfriend to death inside of a home in Lower Makefield Township/Bucks County, P.A., yesterday.

A report from 6-ABC Action News said the incident happened inside of a residence on the 2500 block of Waterford Road at around 3 p.m. on Friday afternoon.

First arriving police at the scene reportedly arrived to catch the very end of the stabbing. Wiegel fled the scene the moment he saw police. The officers caught up to him near I-295, where they witnessed Wiegel stabbing himself in the neck. He was shot with a taser before being restrained by police and rushed to a nearby hospital. Wiegel underwent non life-threatening surgery. His current condition was not reported. The 19-year old victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Investigator’s said they were still trying to determine what led up to Friday’s incident. An investigation is ongoing.
