19-year old, Angel Fayez and 20-year old, Kevin Antun A.K.A. Acquah Evans, both pleaded guilty to charges connected to a crime spree in 2022 in court on Tuesday, that saw the pair commit 7-armed robberies and carjackings in a 12-day span, according to the United States District Attorney’s Office.

A report from Fox-29 Philly said the pair pleaded guilty to one count of carjacking, eight counts of Hobbs Act Robbery, and one count of using a firearm during the commission of a crime of violence.
According to the indictment the pair pulled the majority of their heists in the Kensington section of the city.
On November 22, 2022 the pair allegedly
- Carjacaked a woman at the Liberty Gas Station at 3949 Kensington Ave.
- Robbed the Dollar General at 1240 E. Erie Ave.
- Robbed the Popeyes at 501 Adams Ave.
On November 28, 2022 the pair allegedly robbed the Texas Chicken & Burger at 3960 Kensington Ave.
On November 30, 2022 the pair allegedly
- Robbed the Wingstop at 3855 Aramingo Ave.
- Robbed the Wingstop at 2118 Cottman Ave.
- Robbed the Domino’s Pizza at 6931 Oxford Ave.
On December 3, 2022 the pair allegedly robbed the Popeye’s at 3541 Aramingo Ave.
“Fayez and Antun terrorized the community with their brazen gunpoint crimes, at times committing multiple armed robberies in the same day. Taking repeat offenders like these off the street is a priority for my office and our law enforcement partners, as we work to crack down on violent crime in Philadelphia and keep the public safe”, said U.S. Attorney Jacqueline Romero.
The report did not give a sentencing date for the pair.
