Actor Carl Weathers, who starred in multiple movies, but may be most known by most people for his memorable portrayal of fictional boxer Apollo Creed in the Rocky series, has reportedly passed away at 76-years of age overnight.
According to a report from 6-ABC Action News, Weathers’ family issued a brief statement that said Weathers passed away “peacefully in his sleep” on Thursday.
