The United States Attorney’s Office announced federal charges against 20-year old, Khalil Dickens in Philadelphia yesterday.
A report from NBC-10 Philly said Dickens was charged for his role in 8 armed carjackings and 9 robberies between June and July of 2023, several of which left the victims injured due to physical assault or being shot at.
Dickens was charged with one count of conspiracy, eight counts of carjacking and aiding and abetting, and four counts of using a firearm during a crime of violence, and other related charges. The 20-year old is facing the possibility of spending the rest of his life in prison if convicted.
The report did not include any word on Dickens’ bail status or date of his next court appearance.
