34-year old, Kelvin Giron-Brand from New Jersey, was reportedly arrested and accused of stealing more than $1700 worth of gas from a WaWa in News Castle, D.E., yesterday.
A report from 6-ABC Action News said the incident happened at the Wawa located on East Commons Boulevard on Tuesday.
Police said Brand allegedly used a device that manipulated the pump to dispense a large amount of gas for a fraction of the price.
Brand was charged with shoplifting of over $1500, conspiracy, and other related offenses. Brand is being held in jail on a $14,000 secured bond.
