28-year old, Anigar Monsee, of Upper Darby, has been arrested and charged with animal cruelty after police say she posted videos of her “torturing and killing animals while solicitating engagement on social media”.

A report from CBS-3 Philly said Upper Darby Police were alerted to Monsee’s videos posted on Youtube by an animal rights group on Friday, which is alleged to be about cooking the animals, which included frogs, rabbits, and chickens.
Police allege that Monsee was torturing the animals and encouraging more views to do further harm to the animals. The channel is reported to have over 20,000 current viewers.
Monsee was charged with four felony counts of aggravated cruelty to animals and torture. She is being held at an undisclosed jail in Delaware County in lieu of 10% of $200,000 bail, which she hasn’t been able to post at last report. Monsee’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 5, 2024.
