56-year old dentist, James Godorecci from Wayne P.A., has reportedly been charged with assaulting one of his patients while she was undergoing an emergency visit.
A report from 6-ABC Action News said the assault happened at the Main Line Dental Aesthetics office in Treydiffrin Township on January 3rd.
Godorecci is accused of fondling a woman during an emergency visit that reportedly took place at the office after the offices had closed for the day.
The victim told police that she would schedule her appointments directly with Godorecci and that the appointments generally occurred on Friday evenings after the offices were closed for the day. She said that she would enter the building through a rear door and that the two were always alone once inside. The victim scheduled the emergency appointment after the holidays were over, as she had been experiencing pain from TMJ Dysfunction.

The victim said she thought she was visiting during regular business hours, but when she got there it was once again closed. Godorecci has been charged with indecent assault and harassment. A date for his initial court appearance was not reported.
