MAN ARRESTED AND CHARGED IN HIT & RUN THAT LEFT WOMAN WITH SERIOUS BRAIN INJURY

 33-year old Curtis Moss was taken into custody and charged in the hit and run incident that left 25-year old, Hayley Worrell, with a fractured skull, hip, and other severe injuries in North Philadelphia last month.

 A report from 6-ABC Action News said the incident happened as Hayley was crossing Broad Street near Susquehanna Avenue at around 9:30 p.m. on December 29, 2003.

 Moss has been charged with aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, and other related charges. Surveillance video showed images of a gray vehicle with a sunroof. Police recovered a gray 2019 Nissan Altima near Moss’s residence on January 3, 2024. Worrell is still reportedly in extremely critical condition at Temple University Hospital.

 A court date for Moss’s initial court appearance was not reported.
