A five year old girl reportedly showed up at a hospital with her mother this evening. Police said the child was suffering from two gunshot wounds to the leg.
A report from Fox-29 Philly said the child and her mother showed up at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children by private vehicle at an undisclosed time on Sunday evening.
The five year old was reportedly shot twice in the right leg. She was last reported to be in stable condition. It’s unclear how the child was shot twice in the same leg.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time. Police were still searching for the crime scene. An investigation is ongoing….
