Philadelphia 76ers All-Star Center, Joel Embiid, has reportedly put his Society Hill luxury Condo on the market. I don’t know if he’s selling so he can downsize, upsize, or get out of the city. But the fact that Embiid A.K.A. “The Process”, is selling his Philly home is at least a little eye-opening, right?
A report from 6-ABC Action News said that the condo located on the 100 block of Walnut Street, is currently listed for the small price of $5.5 million. Of course, “the views” of the city is the featured attraction of this beauty. But the condo also has two bedrooms, an outdoor private pool, a hot tub, and an outdoor kitchen. Nice!
Property records indicate that the property was first purchased in 2018 for a little over $3 million.
