A homeless man was reportedly shot multiple times and killed in the Kensington section of the city overnight.
A report from 6-ABC Action News said the shooting happened near G & Hilton Streets at an undisclosed time last night/this morning.
Police said an unidentified suspect fired at least 23-shots at the victim who was asleep inside of a tent, before fleeing the scene. The victim was hit by 21-of those shots, and all but two shots hit the victim in the face and chest. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
