An unidentified man was reportedly stabbed and critically wounded in the Kensington section of the city early this morning.

A report from 6-ABC Action News said the stabbing happened at the corner of Kensington Avenue & Somerset Street at around 12:15 a.m. on Sunday morning.
Police said the victim was leaving the convenience store when someone stabbed him in the left side. The victim was found lying on the sidewalk, before he was eventually rushed to Temple University Hospital. He was last reported to be in critical condition. A possible motive for the stabbing was not reported.
No suspects were named and no arrests have been made at this time.
