A 22-year old man was reportedly found shot to death sitting in the driver’s seat of a crashed car in the Overbrook section of the city this morning.

A report from Fox-29 Philly said the discovery was made on the 5600 block of Upland Way at around 4:30 a.m. on Thursday morning.
According to police: the victim was found dead in the driver’s seat of a Jeep Cherokee that had crashed into the rear garage of a home. Authorities found shell casings from two different weapons at the scene, leading investigators to believe that there were two shooters who pumped at least 6-shots into the jeep. Two of those shots reportedly went through the front windshield.
The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects were named and no arrests have been made at this time.
