A jury inside of a New York courtroom found actor Jonathan Majors guilty on two of the four charges related to a domestic abuse case between Majors and a former girlfriend.
A report from CNN said Majors was found guilty of one count of reckless assault in the 3rd degree, and a non-criminal charge of harassment as a violation. Majors was acquitted on the two violent allegations of assault and aggravated harassment.
During the two week trial prosecutors alleged that Majors used physical violence in a March 2023 dispute with his then girlfriend, Grace Jabbari. Majors was alleged to had grabbed Jabbari’s right hand, twisted her arm behind her back, and then struck a blow to Jabbari’s head during the incident.
