Two 17-year old boys were reportedly shot multiple times during a double shooting in the Olney section of the city over the weekend. One of the boys died as a result of his injuries.
A report from 6-ABC Action News said the shooting happened on the 5300 block of North 5th Street at around 9:15 p.m. on Saturday night.
Police reported finding both teens at the location suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. They were both rushed to a nearby hospital where on teen was pronounced dead on arrival. The other teen was last reported to be in stable condition. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects were named and no arrests have been made at this time.
