A man was shot at a car wash in the Crescentville neighborhood earlier today after an argument escalated between a customer and employees at the business.

A report from 6-ABC Action News said the shooting happened at the Speedy Lube on Roosevelt Boulevard at around 2 p.m. on Thursday afternoon.

According to police: A 56-year old man got into an argument with multiple employees of the business. The argument quickly turned into a fistfight. The man then got into his vehicle and hit one of the employees with his vehicle. Two employees, who were licensed to carry, pulled out their weapons and fired shots at the vehicle.

The 56-year old man was hit in the arm. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was last reported to be in stable condition. The current condition of the employee who was hit by the vehicle was not reported.

No arrests have been made at this time. An investigation is ongoing.
