A 21-year old man was reportedly shot inside of a home near Temple University in North Philadelphia early this morning.
A report from Fox-29 Philly said the shooting happened inside of an apartment on the 2100 block of North 15th Street at around 3 a.m. on Sunday morning.
First arriving police at the scene reported finding the victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
One person was arrested and a weapon was recovered. Police said an investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
