A woman reported to be “in her 30’s” was stabbed and critically wounded in North Philadelphia early this morning.
A report from Fox-29 Philly said the incident happened on the unit block of West Rockland Street at around 3 a.m. on Saturday morning.
The woman was reportedly stabbed once in the neck inside of a residence on the block. She was rushed to Einstein Medical Center where she was last reported to be in critical condition. A possible motive for the stabbing was not reported.
Police said they found two knives at the scene. No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time. An investigation is ongoing.
