A 15-year old boy was reportedly killed when the stolen car he was a passenger in crashed on I-76 in Philadelphia on Sunday night.

A report from Fox-29 Philly said the incident began when police attempted to pull over a car that had been reported stolen on Interstate-76. The vehicle reportedly fled from police and a chase began.

According to police, the vehicle lost control while traveling at a high rate of speed. The vehicle crashed into a concrete barrier, before crashing into another vehicle, and finally rolling down an embankment on the side of the highway. The 15-year old victim was ejected from the vehicle. He was rushed to Children’s Hospital Of Philadelphia where he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving. Three other children inside of the vehicle were also rushed to CHOP. Their current conditions were not reported.

A 14-year old girl who was driving the stolen vehicle has been charged with vehicular homicide.
