A 24-year old man was reportedly shot and killed after a car accident with another driver in the Port Richmond section of the city last night.
A report from 6-ABC Action News said the incident happened on the 3300 block of Emerald Street at around 7:30 p.m. on Friday evening.
Police said the victim struck another vehicle at the location. The driver of the other vehicle exited their car and shot the 24-year old victim in the back twice. The victim attempted to take off and ended up crashing into another vehicle further up the street. The victim then got out of the car and fled on foot, before collapsing not far away. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving.
No arrests have been made at this time.
