A 25-year old male was reportedly shot multiple times and killed in the Kingsessing section of the city over the weekend.
A report from Fox-29 Philly said the shooting happened on the 5200 block of Chester Avenue at around 1 a.m. on Saturday morning.
The victim was reportedly shot in the chest multiple times by a suspect or suspects. He was rushed to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center by private vehicle where he died shortly after arriving. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
