A 26-year old man was reportedly shot and killed in the West Oak Lane section of the city this afternoon.
A Fox-29 Philly report said the shooting happened on the 7300 block of North 19th Street at around 12:15 p.m. on Saturday afternoon.
The victim was reportedly shot multiple times throughout the body. He was rushed to Einstein Medical Center where he died a short time after arriving. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
