A 54-year old male was reportedly shot and killed in the Germantown section of the city this morning.
A Fox-29 Philly report said the shooting happened on the 100 block of Herman Street at around 7 a.m. on Saturday morning.
First responding police officers at the scene reported finding the victim suffering from a single gunshot wound to the chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
