A pedestrian was reportedly hit by a car and killed in the Ogontz section of the city last night.
A 6 ABC Action News report said the incident happened on Ogontz Avenue near West Olney Ave. at around 11 p.m. on Wednesday night.
Investigators said the vehicle had its entire front windshield smashed in from the impact of the crash. The driver of the car remained at the scene. The unidentified victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
No charges against the driver were reported.
