A 29-year old male was reportedly shot twice in the parking lot of a Fresh Grocer Supermarket in the West Philadelphia section of the city yesterday.
A report from Shore News Network said the shooting happened in the parking lot of the Fresh Grocer Supermarket located on the 5600 block of Chestnut Street at around 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon.
The victim was reportedly shot once in the chest and once in the leg. Police rushed the victim to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center where he was last reported to be in critical condition. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
An arrest was reportedly made at the scene and a weapon was also recovered, according to police.
