A man who was only described as “a man in his 20’s” was reportedly shot and killed in the Summerdale section of the city last night.
A 6 ABC Action News report said the shooting happened at the corner of Bridge & Langdon Streets at around 11:30 p.m. on Friday night.
First arriving police officers at the scene reported finding the victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say three shell-casings were found nearby. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
