A report from 6 ABC Action News said the 2-year old was accidentally shot in the head by her 14-year old cousin, who suffers from an intellectual disability, inside of a home on the 1600 block of 29th Street shortly before noon on Thursday morning.
Harmon was charged with Endangering the welfare of a child and Recklessly endangering another person. The DA’s office said the gun that was used was reported stolen in North Carolina.
