An unidentified man was reportedly shot and killed inside of a home in West Philadelphia over the weekend.
A report from Fox-29 Philly said the shooting happened on the 300 block of North 52nd Street at around 4:30 p.m. on Saturday afternoon.
First responding police officers at the scene reported finding the victim on the 2nd floor of the house, suffering from a single gunshot wound to the back. The victim was rushed to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center by paramedics where he died a few hours after arriving. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
