Eight people were shot and four people were killed during a mass shooting in the Kingsessing section of the city tonight.
A 6 ABC Action News report said the shooting happened at 56th Street & Chester Avenue at around 8:30 p.m. on Monday night.
Police rushed several of the injured victims to Penn-Presbyterian Hospital. At least one teenager was reportedly rushed to Children’s Hospital Of Philadelphia with undisclosed injuries.
A suspect was reportedly taken into custody by police shortly after the shooting on the 1800 block of Frazier Street……….This story is breaking. More details will be reported when they are made public
