An unidentified man was reportedly killed during a double shooting in North Philadelphia early this morning.

A report from Fox-29 Philly said the shooting happened near West Girard Avenue & Broad Street at around 2 a.m. on Sunday morning.
First responding police officers at the scene reported finding two men suffering from gunshot wounds. One of the victims, reported to be “in his 20’s”, was shot multiple times. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving. A 24-year old man was also found at the scene suffering from a gunshot wound to his leg. He was taken to the hospital as a prisoner for treatment to his leg wound. He was last reported to be in stable condition. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
It was not clear if the 24-year old victim was taken into custody for this incident or something else. The shooting is under investigation.
