An unidentified man was reportedly shot multiple times and killed near Boat House row in Fairmount Park early this morning.
A 6 ABC Action News report said the shooting happened on the 2200 block of Kelly Drive at around 3 a.m. on Saturday morning.
First arriving police officers at the scene reported finding the victim inside of the parking lot of Temple University’s boat house. The victim was found lying next to a vehicle with its hood up. He’d been shot multiple times. He was pronounced dead at the scene. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
