A 26-year old man was reportedly shot multiple times while he was sitting on the front steps of an elementary school in North Philadelphia last night.
A 6 ABC Action News report said the shooting happened on the front steps of the Julia De Burgos Elementary School located at 4th Street & Lehigh Avenue at around 11 p.m. on Tuesday night.
Investigators say the victim and gunmen were reportedly arguing before the argument escalated into a shooting, leaving the 26-year old victim shot 4-times by the suspect who fled on foot in the direction of the park across the street on Lehigh Avenue. The victim was rushed to Temple University where he was last reported to be in critical condition.
No arrests have been made at this time.
