The indictment against former President Of The United States, Donald Trump this afternoon. The former president has been charged with 37-felony counts related to his handling of classified documents after his presidency, including 31 counts of violations of the Espionage Act.

A report from the Los Angeles Times said the 49-page indictment was released by the Justice Department on Friday afternoon. In it, the Justice Department laid out details of how Trump stored classified documents in multiple locations around his Mar-a-Lago residence, including a ballroom, a bathroom and shower, and his bed and storage rooms.
The indictment said documents including details on foreign nation’s nuclear capabilities, information regarding defense and weapons capabilities of United States and foreign countries, U.S. nuclear programs, potential vulnerabilities of U.S. and allies to military attack; and plans for retaliation in response to an attack. Trump’s personal aide, Walt Nauta was indicted as a co-conspirator in the case.
