An unidentified man and woman, both reported to be in their 30’s, were shot in the Hunting Park section of the city this afternoon.
A Fox-29 Philly report said the shooting happened on the 600 block of West Lycoming Street at around 2:15 p.m. on Thursday afternoon.
Both victims were reportedly shot in their legs. The female victim was shot three times. She was taken to Temple University Hospital by medics. The male victim was taken to St. Christopher’s Hospital by private vehicle. The victim’s current conditions were not reported. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
