An unidentified teenager was reportedly shot in the head and killed in North Philadelphia early this morning.
A 6 ABC Action News report said the shooting happened on the 2400 block of North Clarion Street at around 12:30 a.m. on Monday morning.
The young victim was reportedly found with a single gunshot wound to the head. The unidentified teen is believed to be 16 or 17-years old. He was pronounced dead at the scene. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made.
