An 18-year old man was reportedly shot in the head and killed in West Philadelphia earlier this evening.
A report from CBS-3 Philly said the shooting happened on the 200 block of Horton Street shortly after 5 p.m. on Monday evening.
The victim was rushed to Penn-Presbyterian Medical Center where he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
