24-year old, prison escapee, Nasir Grant was reportedly captured by U.S. Marshals in the Strawberry Mansion section of the city last night.

A report from 6 ABC Action News said investigators were conducting a surveillance operation in areas that Grant has been known to frequent, when they spotted him in the area of the 2800 block of West Dauphin Street at around 10:20 p.m. on Thursday evening.
Grant was reportedly disguised in female Muslim garments when he was apprehended.
“At about 10:20 p.m., a male resembling Nasir Grant came out of a residence wearing full female Muslim garb and a head covering. That gentlemen piqued our interest. He got into a vehicle. We followed that vehicle over here to the 2800 block of West Dauphin Street, and a felony vehicle stop was conducted”, said U.S. Marshals Supervisor, Robert Clark.
Grant was taken into custody without incident. Grant was being held at P.I.C.C on narcotics and gun charges at the time of his escape. 18-year old Ameen Hurst, who was being held at P.I.C.C awaiting trial for four separate homicides, is still on the run. 21-year old, Xianni Stalling, who was released from P.I.C.C in February, after fighting an attempted murder charge, was arrested and charged with helping the pair escape earlier on Thursday.
