UPDATE:
Authorities in Montgomery County P.A. announced the arrests of two suspects in connection with the murder of 35-year old teacher, Rachel King, as she and her 11-year old son sat in her car at a Dunkin’ Drive-thru in Cheltenham Township on April 11th of this year.

A report from 6 ABC Action News said 33-year old, Zakkee Steven Alhakim, of Philadelphia, and 34-year old, Julie Jean, of Elkins Park, have both been charged with first-degree murder in the killing of King, who worked as a teacher at Grover Cleveland Elementary School in Philadelphia.
Authorities say Jean and Alhakim planned and conspired to murder King, who is the longtime girlfriend of William Hayes, who reportedly had a brief affair with Jean last year.
“This cold-blooded killing of Rachel King was a targeted murder of an innocent person, planned by these two defendants and horrifically carried out in front of King’s son. It is a tragic killing of a good person, all because of an ended affair. Jean and Hayes had an affair last year, and after Hayes broke it off, Jean continued to text, call, and harass King and Hayes, prompting Hayes to obtain a Protection From Abuse Order against Jean”, said Montgomery County D.A., Kevin Steele.
Investigators said cell phone evidence and surveillance video helped them identify and track down the suspects.
