CNN and longtime host, Don Lemon are reportedly parting ways after 17-years. A report from CNN did not go into detail about the split. Lemon had been the host of the prime-time show “Don Lemon Tonight” in the 10:00 p.m. slot on weeknights.
“Don will forever be a part of the CNN family, and we thank him for his contributions over the past 17-years. We wish him well and will be cheering him on in his future endeavors”, CNN CEO, Chris Licht said in a statement.
Lemon joined CNN in September of 2006. His last position for CNN was co-hosting “CNN This Morning” alongside Poppy Harlow and Kaitlan Collins.
