A 16-year old male was reportedly shot in the head and killed in Southwest Philadelphia this morning.
A 6 ABC Action News report said the shooting happened on the 5300 block of Grays Avenue at around 10:30 a.m. on Thursday morning.
The teen was reportedly shot twice in the head. He was rushed to Penn-Presbyterian Medical Center where he died shortly after arriving. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
