A 15-year old male was reportedly shot in front of a recreation center in North Philadelphia this afternoon.
A 6 ABC Action News report said the shooting happened at the Dendy Recreation Center located at 9th & Jefferson Streets at around 4 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon.
The teen was rushed to St. Christopher’s Hospital. His current condition and injuries were not reported. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported. The report did not say whether any suspects were in custody, or if any weapons were recovered. an investigation is ongoing.
