Two teenagers were reportedly shot and injured in West Philadelphia this afternoon.

A 6 ABC Action News report said the shooting happened on the 5100 block of Brown Street at around 12:10 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon.
A 17-year old was shot in the leg at the scene. He reportedly ran to 55th Street where he was picked up by police and rushed to Penn-Presbyterian Medical Center. His current condition was not reported. An 18-year old man was also hit by gunfire during the shooting. He was reportedly shot in the head and shoulder. He was also rushed to Penn-Presbyterian, where he was last reported to be in critical condition. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
