A 24-year old man was reportedly shot and killed at a recreation center in the Germantown section of the city last night.
A 6 ABC Action News report said the shooting happened at the Awbury Recreation Center located on the 6100 block of Ardleigh Street at around 9 p.m. on Friday night.
First arriving police officers at the scene reported finding the victim suffering from a single gunshot wound to the chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
According to police, a weapon was recovered and an arrest was made.
