A woman was reportedly shot and killed while in the drive-thru of a Dunkin’ in Cheltenham Township this morning.
A 6 ABC Action News report said the shooting happened at the Melrose Shopping Center located on Cheltenham Avenue near Bellmawr Road at around 8 a.m. on Tuesday morning.
First responding police officers at the scene reported finding the woman inside of a black SUV, dead from a single gunshot wound to the head. Her 11-year old son was also inside of the SUV when the shooting happened. He was not injured. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
