A double shooting reportedly left a 31-year old man dead and another hospitalized in the Mantua section of the city last night.

A report from Fox-29 Philadelphia said the shooting happened on the 3500 block of Wallace Street at around 7:30 p.m. on Friday evening.
First responding police officers at the scene reported finding a 52-year old man who was suffering from a gunshot wound to the foot. He was taken to Penn-Presbyterian Hospital where he was last reported to be in stable condition. A 31-year old man was shot in the chest and in the back of the head. He was also rushed to Penn-Presbyterian where he died shortly after arriving. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
