One person is dead and two others were reportedly injured during a triple-shooting in the Northern Liberties section of the city last night.

A 6 ABC Action News report said the shooting happened at Marshall Street & Girard Avenue at around 11 p.m. on Monday night.
According to investigators, the three victims were sitting in a Honda parked near the corner. A dark colored SUV reportedly drove up next to the Honda moments later. Someone inside of the SUV pumped multiple bullets into the Honda before speeding off. Police said the Honda was still running when they arrived at the scene. The driver’s side of the car had reportedly been riddled with at least 15-bullets.
The three victims were already on the way to the hospital by the time police arrived at the scene. They were all taken to Jefferson University Hospital. A 21-year old was shot multiple times. He died shortly after arriving at the hospital. A second 21-year old was last reported to be in critical condition. The third victim is a 20-year old, who was last reported to be in stable condition. No arrests have been made at this time, but police believe they have found the SUV used in the shooting.
“No suspects, but we did find a vehicle in South Philadelphia…unattended that police are investigating. It’s a dark-colored SUV that police believe may have been involved in this incident”, said Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector, Scott Small.
