The body of an unidentified 28-year old male was reportedly found in a vacant lot in North Philadelphia early this morning.
A report from Fox-29 Philly said the discovery was made on the 3000 block of North 16th Street, after police were called to the location at around 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning.
Police said the victim was found bleeding from the head and the leg. Three spent shell casings were reportedly found at the scene. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
