An unidentified man was reportedly shot more than 70-times and killed in the Tioga-Nicetown section of the city late last night.
A Fox-29 Philly report said the shooting happened on the 3400 block of 16th Street shortly before midnight on Saturday.
According to the report, the victim was standing on the front porch of a home on the block when he was shot throughout the body more than 70-times. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said multiple shell casings were found on the porch. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
